Very nice, clean and smooth running Locomotive. The tender is a whistle tender, but the circuit for the whistle is not putting out proper voltage. The input to the circuit is fine and the whistle motor is fine, but the output from that circuit to the motor does not go above 1.5V so that circuit needs to be restored.
